Andrew Prince - City Councillor Ward 9. Wednesday, May 19, 2010. Its great to see the work being done on the Library site on Dean avenue. Tender has been issued and should be received soon. Very shortly the Library will begin to take shape. I am very proud to have been a driving factor of this wonderful addition to Ward 9. The library board and the capital campaign team have been excellent to work with. Im greatful for having the opportunity to serve on both committees.
